Why I chose Wright State

I applied and got accepted to about six schools. However, most of them were out of state. It was a lot more expensive to go to a school out of state. Wright State was close to home so I knew I would still get to see my family and friends. If I were able to play golf at another school I probably would have went somewhere else but it did not work out that way. I am actually happy it worked out that way though because now I am going to a school that has one of the top ten business finance programs in the nation. I went to a business meeting over the summer which convinced me that Wright State was the school for me. So far I am happy here at Wright State and I cannot wait to start my major.

A Significant Song for Me

A significant song to me is, "Your Guardian Angel", by Red jumpsuit apparatis. Originally I am from Chicago but i was forced to move to Ohio with my mom. What sucks about it the most was that I had a girlfriend at the time and we had to break up and all my family was there too so it was very difficult. I was homesick for awhile. One night I saw that a party was going on across the street so I decided to check it out. I met a girl that there and it turned out that it was her house. As corny as it sounds, it was love at first sight. I spent all summer with her; we shared many stories together, both good and bad. Because of her I was able move on and accept where i was. I felt as if I had my own guardian angel right across the street. The purpose of this song is to remind me that I need to cherish the people who love me and realized they'll always be there for me. I am sure many people can relate to having a guardian angel, somebody who seems to always be there to lift them up when they're down. I guess the genre of this song would be rock but its not what most people would think of as typical rock. This is a very serious and emotional topic for me because its hard to think about somebody I've lost over a year ago. I guess the type of media would be electronic..

Tiger Woods Issues

Tiger Woods recently had his divorce finalized. His first tournament round played after his divorce was finalized, He shot under 70 for the first time in 12 rounds. Is this a coincidence or did he just finally get his game back? Some believe that there was a weight lifted off his shoulders once the divorce was finalized. I personally think that he is lost and alone right now. He lost many fans after all the accusations toward him. However, he is still the number one player in the word and its only a matter of time before he is back to his winning ways. The question is, when will he be back to his old self?
